The idea of my blog, as its name says, is to share with you my delicious but healthy food recipes. Some of them are thinked and invented by me and some others are healthy adaptations of already existing recipes. But I will also include in my blog some tips to mantain a healthy lifestyle.
My goal here is to help you improve your lifestyles; but insted of restricting you from your favorite foods, I will help you to prepare the healthiest version of them. Having a healthy lifestyle isn´t about suffering and avoiding what you like; it is about recognizing what is good and what is bad for your body and health.
I will try to post a new recipe every week so that you have different options to choose from when cooking. I will include desserts, snacks, plates, drinks, tips, and lots of other things that you will soon see if you follow my blog. The idea is to include only healthy ingredients in my recipes; this means no refined sugars, no vegetable oil, etc. That´s why it will take me some time to upload a new recipe; I have to investigate what ingredients to replace and for what ingredients to replace them so that the taste isn´t completely different, or if it is, I have to make sure that it tastes as tasty as possible.
I will try to make a huge variety of plates and desserts so that everyone can find something that they like and they´ll like to prepare.
This is a public blog so that everyone can come visit and have a look of all my recipes; also because what I am trying to do here, is to encourage everyone to improve their lifestyles and having a private blog is a way of restricting my audience.
